Draft terms boundaries

A self-prepared paper filing tool

The paper MVP helps users generate a self-file Form 709 packet for narrow supported facts. It does not prepare, sign, review, transmit, or mail the return for the user.

Not final terms This page is product/legal drafting copy. Counsel must review the final terms before launch.

Self-Prepared Return

The user is responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing the generated packet, signing Form 709, mailing it to the IRS, and retaining records.

No Tax, Legal, Accounting, Or Valuation Advice

The app provides software assistance for supported Form 709 fields. It does not advise whether a transfer is a gift, how to value property, whether disclosure is legally adequate, or whether a filing position is appropriate.

No Professional Review

The current product does not include CPA, EA, attorney, appraiser, or paid-preparer review. Paid-preparer fields should remain blank unless a paid preparer actually prepares the return.

Unsupported Cases

Users should not use the paper MVP for unsupported facts, including gift splitting, GST transfers, trust gifts, real estate, private-company interests, prior Form 709 history, amended returns, Form 709-NA, donor death during the year, or current gift tax due.

No IRS Affiliation

The product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the IRS. IRS forms and instructions are public government materials.

Payments And Refunds

Payment and refund terms are not implemented in this public preview. A paid launch needs a clear refund policy, hosted checkout, receipt handling, and support boundaries before accepting payment.
